In case of blowout and well-sealing is needed, high pressure oil coming from control system enters the bottom closing chamber from bottom inlet to push piston moving upward. The movement of piston forces rubber core to move upward along the sphere surface, then supporting ribs get closer to push the internal rubber moving towards the wellhead center to fulfill the function of sealing drill equipment or the wellhead. When unlocking the seal is needed, hydraulic oil pushes the piston moving downward and the rubber core will reset to its original position under its elastic force.
Structure Characteristics
1. The connection between top cap and housing, top and bottom ends adopt flanges and bolts.
2. Semisphere rubber core has many advantages, such as not easy folding back, big volume of rubber storage. Under the well pressure,the piston pushes the rubber core upward to form a funnel shape. The funnel effect of rubber core increases its sealing performance and life span.
3. Characteristics of the sealing structure
1)The BOP has three important sealing positions: piston external surface seal, piston internal surface seal and mud blocking ring seal.
2)Radial direction cross section of the piston comes of the shape "Z", which makes the piston have short stroke length, low height and big diameter.

Motor reversing pumping unit is a high efficiency and low energy consumption product. It employs the intelligent analog and digital control and uses the switched reluctance motor as the prime mover, of which the power factor is cosΦ≈1. As the transmission of the friction wheel is the working mechanism, the mechanical transmission line is short and the efficiency is high, realizing the reversion of the motor. The starting reversion is stable with low impact. The stroke and stroke frequency can be regulated independently and steplessly. The velocity of the up stroke and down stroke of the polished rod can be controlled respectively.
Its mechanical efficiency is about two times that of conventional beam pumping unit. Its system efficiency reaches to 50%, and energy saving rate is about 46%. The product is an ideal pumping unit to replace conventional beam pumping unit.

1. Nitrided Barrel and Spray Welded Plunger
The nitrided barrel is high in hardness, good in antiwear capacity and long in life (longer than that of the common barrel by 1.2 times).
The spray welded plunger is good in anticorrosion capacity. The welded layer of the plunger is melted together with the metal base, without layer difference of plating plungers and without crusting, flake and pinhole. It can be used in various well conditions.
2. Nickel-phosphor Plated Barrel and Spray Welded Plunger
Nickel-phosphor Plated Barrel is an anti-corrosion barrel. The nickel-phosphor plated layer has a uniform single phase structure, which can resist electrochemical reaction of micro-batteries and the plated layer is lower in porosity, tight in structure and stable in chemical property and it is not easy for the corrosive materials to enter in.

2. Carbide alloy seat is high in hardness, large in density and strong in anti-corrosion capacity and applies to the wells with viscous crude or containing sand.
3. Ceramic seat is higher than that of carbon steel or alloy in anti-impact capacity and strong in anti-corrosion capacity. Its life is about 4.4 times as long as that of the common steel seat.
